The Tea Garden is located at 328 Conception Bay Highway, Holyrood.
- Take exit 36 from the Trans Canada Highway.
- At the Conception Bay Highway (Route 60) turn right and proceed for about a kilometre. Watch for the whalebones on your left.

- Take exit 42 and follow the Conception Bay South bypass road to Kelligrews and proceed on to Holyrood via Conception Bay Hwy (Route 60).
- Go past Hickey's Funeral Home about 1/4 kilometre. The Tea Garden will be on your right.
